Working at Marble
We are building a tight team of 10 to 20 people who will drive Marble’s next leap forward from 2026 onwards. This group will form the core of our long-term tribe, so we are very intentional about how we operate and who joins us. Marble is not the right fit for everyone, and that is fine. Only consider applying if reading how we work makes you feel genuinely excited, understood, and at home. If you read it and think these are your people, then you will thrive here.
On-site and immersed
We work on-site because it lets us design, build, and test at a pace that remote work cannot match. Our UK base is a deliberately intense environment where engineering, manufacturing, and flight testing happen simultaneously, with tools like CNC machines, laser cutters, 3D printers, and even our own control tower. We will replicate this model in Canada. We offer reasonable flexibility for personal needs, but day to day we expect people to be on-site, especially in technical roles. If that energises you, this will feel like home. If not, we are probably not the right fit.
Learn from reality, only fix what matters
We do not guess what might be important. We test, observe, and let real-world data tell us where the true problems are. Our cycle is simple and relentless: fly, learn, diagnose from first principles, ground test, and fly again. A problem is only considered solved when it is demonstrably better in real conditions. If you prefer to go deep on a topic just because it is interesting, this will not be your place. If you want to move fast, break the next thing, understand the root cause, and rebuild with clear reasoning instead of analogy, you will thrive here.
Build what is needed, not what is trendy
We do not chase hype or follow the crowd. Most companies in drones and defense copy whatever is fashionable at the moment. We never have, and we never will. We start from the problem, reason from first principles, and build what the world actually needs, even if no one else is doing it. That means designing systems from scratch, using tools in unconventional ways, and creating things that do not look like anything on the market. You will not get easy external validation here. If you want to work on something different because it is the right solution, not the popular one, you will feel at home.
A home for the relentlessly ambitious
Marble is for people who cannot stop thinking about building the future, who feel restless unless they are pushing boundaries and working on something that matters. Many of us spent years in the UK searching for a place that felt like SpaceX or Tesla in spirit, only to realise it did not exist. So we are building it ourselves. If you want to operate at that level of pace and ambition, if you think about the mission even when you are not at work, and if you want to be surrounded by a tribe that feels like your people, then this is where you will thrive.

Open Roles
Marble is entering a major growth phase in 2026, opening its first international site in Canada while continuing to deliver large scale operations in Greenland. At the same time, we are accelerating our dual-use strategy and advancing through the NATO Diana program. If "working at Marble" sounds exactly like you - reach out, and we will make it work.

UK - Bristol
Marble's original headquarters. This is where we design, prototype, test, and build our systems end-to-end. The site includes our full engineering office, workshop, and flight testing facilities, all in one place. We are based in the Wiltshire countryside, about 30 minutes from central Bristol.

Canada - Atlantic
Marble's first international expansion, opening in Q1 2026. This site will focus on high-intensity testing, reliability work, Arctic-specific features, and building the processes needed to run a multi-aircraft drone operation around the clock. It will be based in Atlantic Canada, and we are currently selecting the final location. We are looking for the founding team for this new location.
